Please read the below Return Policies and Return Process carefully prior to placing your order online or by phone.

If you place an order with Chammomile, you are thereby agreeing to abide by these policies. The policies outlined below are for Chammomile online/phone order purchases only. In-store purchases are subject to Chammomile in-store policies which are available at our physical location. 

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with any original tags intact. 

Full price items may be returned for credit card refund.

All items DISCOUNTED up to 20% may be returned for exchange or store credit only. 

All items DISCOUNTED over 20% are FINAL SALE. 

Kindly note that Jewelry, Handbags, One of a Kind, Special Order, Skincare, Cosmetic, Fragrance, and Home items are FINAL SALE.  

Once your return is received, you will receive an email once your exchange or refund has been processed.

Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but returned your order and would like a refund in the form of your original payment, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee for exchanges or store credit will be waived. 

Chammomile maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for items that are believed to have been previously used.
