Please read the below Return Policies and Return Process carefully prior to placing your order online or by phone.

If you place an order with chammomile.com, you are thereby agreeing to abide by these policies. The policies outlined below are for chammomile.com online/phone order purchases only. In-store purchases are subject to Chammomile in-store policies which are available at our physical location. 

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, neatly folded, with all original tags intact and undamaged.

Full price items are eligible for credit card refund.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE. 

Kindly note that Jewelry, Handbags, Hats, Scarves, One of a Kind, Special Order, Fragrance, and Home items are FINAL SALE.  

The item purchase price will appear a a refund on the card account that was used to make the purchase within a few days of the returned item being received by Chammomile. 

Original shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but returned your order and would like a refund in the form of your original payment, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee for exchanges or store credit will be waived. 

Chammomile maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for items that have the appearance of wear.
