Marimekko Leiot Vihkiruusu Kioski Sweatshirt - Off White

The Leiot sweatshirt is made of organic cotton French terry, and it has a relaxed fit. The sweatshirt features the Vihkiruusu pattern and the embroidered Marimekko logo in the front. The sweatshirt has a ribbed O-neck and wide ribbing at the sleeve ends and hemline. 

Vihkiruusu (wedding rose) was born in a time when hardly any floral designs were included in Marimekko’s collections. Maija Isola, however, was fascinated by the theme of flowers and decided to create an entire range of novel floral prints. The iconic Unikko was one of the designs in that range along with Vihkiruusu.

Marimekko sweatshirts are sewn using the whole width of the fabric, and therefore their appearance may vary slightly. Each item is unique.

Fit: Relaxed

Loose fit at chest level and at body overall. Shoulder line is dropped. Compared to slim fit, relaxed fit has more designed ease between body and garment.
